If you can, come with a clean face, but don’t worry if you’re wearing makeup—we’ll take care of it. To avoid unnecessary irritation, please refrain from using exfoliating products and active ingredients like retinol or AHAs before your facial. If you're using a more advanced retinol or exfoliant, stop using it 5 days prior to your appointment. For gentler formulas, discontinue use 3 days before. Relax and leave the rest to us!
