  • Absolutely! Many clients pair facials with sauna sessions before their treatments. Let us know your preferences when booking, and we’ll schedule your services seamlessly.

  • Absolutely! We also offer facial enhancements designed to address your specific needs, whether it's extra hydration, brightening, or targeted treatments.

  • Our team will guide you during a consultation to recommend the best treatment for your skin type, concerns, and goals.

  • You’ll likely notice immediate results like glowing, refreshed skin after a facial. Long-term results depend on consistency and your at-home skincare routine.

Facials FAQ’s

  • For healthy, glowing skin, we recommend scheduling a facial every 4-6 weeks. This allows your skin to complete its natural regeneration cycle and maintain its best condition. If you’re working on specific concerns like acne or hyperpigmentation, we can create a customized plan to address your unique needs more effectively.

  • If you can, come with a clean face, but don’t worry if you’re wearing makeup—we’ll take care of it. To avoid unnecessary irritation, please refrain from using exfoliating products and active ingredients like retinol or AHAs before your facial. If you're using a more advanced retinol or exfoliant, stop using it 5 days prior to your appointment. For gentler formulas, discontinue use 3 days before. Relax and leave the rest to us!

  • Regular facials are key to maintaining healthy, radiant skin. Much like a workout routine for your body, facials provide deep cleansing, extractions, and targeted treatments that help address your skin’s unique needs. They also give you the chance to better understand your skin and how to keep it balanced and vibrant at home, ensuring lasting, visible results over time.

  • To keep your skin glowing between visits, we suggest a customized skincare routine that aligns with your unique skin needs and goals. Consistent care using the right products will help you maintain the benefits of your facial. We’re happy to recommend products that will support your skin’s health and keep your results lasting longer.

  • If you've recently had Botox, we recommend waiting at least 14 days before scheduling a facial. This allows the Botox to fully settle into your skin and ensures the best results from both treatments. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to help you plan the timing for both!

  • For those seeking a more natural approach to skin rejuvenation, we recommend our Sculpt & Define Facial or Detox & Brighten Facial. These treatments are designed to lift, tone, and brighten your complexion, targeting fine lines and puffiness without the need for Botox.

General FAQ’s

  • We understand life happens! If you’re running late, please call us. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your session may need to be shortened out of respect for the next client.

  • We’re committed to providing you with the highest quality products, but please note that all sales are final.

    If you’re unsure about a product and would like to try it before purchasing, we’re happy to provide a sample to help you decide. Feel free to ask during your visit or contact us for more details!

  • Post-treatment, it’s best to avoid heavy makeup, exfoliation, or sun exposure. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and let your skin absorb the benefits.

  • Of course! All our treatments are designed to suit everyone’s skin and wellness needs, regardless of gender.

Payment FAQ’s

  • Yes! Our gift cards make the perfect present for anyone who loves self-care and wellness. You can purchase them online or in the studio.

  • At DaeGlo Studio, we’re grateful for the opportunity to care for your skin. A suggested gratuity of 20% of your service total is a wonderful way to show appreciation for the expertise and effort our team provides. Thank you for valuing the work we do!

  • We accept all major credit cards, cash, and mobile payments. Gift cards can also be used as payment.

  • At DaeGlo Studio, a credit card is required to secure your appointment. Rest assured, your card will not be charged until after your service is completed. However, in the event of a no-show or a late cancellation outside of our 48-hour cancellation policy, the card on file will be charged according to our policy. This helps us ensure fairness to our clients and team by minimizing last-minute schedule disruptions. Thank you for understanding!

Facial Packages FAQ’s

  • A 3-session facial package includes three of the same facial treatment, with a 10% savings on each session.

  • Packages can be paid in full or split into two equal payments. The second payment is due 30 days after your initial purchase.

  • All packages must be used within 6 months of purchase.

  • Packages are non-transferable and designed for individual use only.

  • All sales are final, and packages are non-refundable to encourage your commitment to your skincare journey.

  • We recommend scheduling all your sessions in advance to ensure availability and secure your preferred times.

  • A one-time 30-day extension may be granted with prior notice in special circumstances. After that, unused sessions will be forfeited.

  • Yes, you can upgrade to a longer session or add facial enhancements by simply paying the price difference and enhancement cost at the time of service.
